These Terms of Service govern your use of BlockMob AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using BlockMob AI

You must use BlockMob AI lawfully and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the platform to violate another person's rights.

AI-generated content

BlockMob AI can help create, research, organize, and analyze content. AI outputs may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, submitting, or acting on them.

Professional and financial information

Stock, real estate, business, and other analytical features are provided for informational and workflow-support purposes. BlockMob AI does not replace licensed legal, financial, investment, tax, brokerage, appraisal, inspection, lending, or other regulated professional services where those services are required.

Connected services

Some features depend on third-party platforms and providers, including social networks, payment processors, data providers, and AI services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms, permissions, availability, and usage limits.

Subscriptions and generation credits

Paid memberships and generation credits are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, renewal details, and applicable generation-credit costs are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the available billing controls.

Content and account responsibility

You are responsible for content you upload, instructions you provide, accounts you connect, and activity performed through your account. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, add, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. Third-party integrations may also change or become unavailable outside BlockMob AI's control.

Account suspension

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third-party platforms, or legal rights, including for fraud, abuse, security threats, or material violations of these terms.

BlockMob AI is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI outputs, third-party data, integrations, or generated media will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
